Get A Clue lacks the capacity to understand science. Looks like he suffers from an inferiority complex and is frustrated by the realization that others knows much more than he does. That's why his retorts are limited to baseless accusations or insults like, "You are a rapist... Fat Bastard.. everyone are so evil in this evil world".

When in fact everyone can see he himself is the worst human and embodies all of the worst qualities, spite, hatred, jealousy, and greed.. Look at all his posts, they are all demented and unhinged.

You know, he keeps harping on about metadata. We're not even certain if the defense actually has Bryan's real phone. Remember that motion that came up about Bryan's alibi before Sy Ray testified? It basically said they were aiming to demonstrate that the evidence wasn't kept or might have been destroyed. Honestly, I don’t think they've even got the cell phone. So, his whole show really proves nothing because without metadata, there aren't many options left. It's never going to be completely accurate, which is why you have to consider other factors like video surveillance (which gets a lot of buzz but doesn't pan out) or if he stopped for gas—things that create a breadcrumb trail around the phone. They're not just relying on the phone itself for everything.

Yah there've been reports of LE bricking BK's phones. iPhone is notorious for locking itself for more than 47 years after a few unsuccessful attempts. It is also plausible BK possessed all the GPS data, yet it conveniently went "missing", reminiscent of the the ring videos in the Karen Read case. Any evidence that contradicts the LE narrative tends to disappear suddenly after being logged, Anne had suggested this too. It was cringe GAC said BK for sure turned off his phone. He doesn't even know basic facts.

Most people are already aware that Get A Clue lacks critical thinking skills. I believe the few remaining followers are driven by self loathing.

That's why during Sy Ray's testimony, when Anne asked him about examining the phone's metadata and he responded that he looks at the network instead, I think he gave the right answer. It suggests they don't actually possess the phone, so he's focusing on alternative data sources. It won't be completely accurate, so they need to consider other factors too. This approach broadens the potential areas Bryan could have been. Surveillance footage & Bryan’s debit card usage for things like gas or food also factor into the equation. It's not solely reliant on just phone data.

In the true crime world, respect and accountability are key, but some people just can't get past the "metadata, metadata, metadata." If they paused for a second, they might realize that Anne Taylor questioning her expert witness about what he looks at—and his focus on the network—hints that the phone could be destroyed or wiped. But no, they keep missing the clues in the motions, like why she’s so fixated on those videos of “suspect Vehicle”. She needs those videos to piece together his whereabouts, because I am certain at least one of the videos is probably Bryan’s, possibly going the opposite way. But hey, who needs evidence when you’ve got a catchphrase, right?

Exactly! I've been thinking that since she put out the motion about evidence not being preserved and hinted she'd use their own experts against them. Seriously, if people would just stop and actually read the lawyer's words, they'd see there's meaning behind them. Instead, folks spin wild conspiracy theories or bash the cellular experts. A cell phone expert is only as good as the info they have—if they're missing pieces, of course it's going to seem like junk science. Even with all the info, it's never 100% accurate, so they have to piece together other things like movements, bank transactions, and all sorts of stuff to support the cell phone evidence. You’d think people in the true crime world would know that cellular data never stands alone. It always needs supporting evidence. But no, instead of thinking outside the box, people prefer name-calling and scrutinizing everyone. It's like they missed the memo on using their brains!

I remember hearing your wife on Mother’s Day… I can’t remember whom it was who had requested a song by her, how it came across my fees that day, but it happened to have been at the most amazing time, to catch the attention of everyone in a vehicle, including my parents as well as my 3 children. I was observed with a single test rolling down my cheek and my oldest asked “oh my Gosh… mom are you alright??!” I wiped the single tear away, and said “absolutely! Never been better… tear of joy! I have just heard what I can now introduce, OFFICIALLY, as the 6th person on this earth to have the rare talent of “perfect pitch 😃” I absolutely LOVE music… it’s my life… I clean houses so I am always “jammin like salmon” (don’t ask 😂) with my ear buds so loud, my clients know, if they catch me singing out loud:

A- no passing judgement (I DID NOT receive the gift of perfect pitch… or anything above, or below…… or in between. I will leave it at that. 😉)

B- to flip a light switch on and off to grasp my attention… scares the 😳bejeezus outa me when I’m mid song and someone randomly comes and shakes my shoulder!! Do NOT do this when I have a spray bottle in my hand… I’m not afraid to use it! 🤣

(Oh boy, my side tangents that bare no relevance… getting back on topic)…

So as my fam is looking at me inquisitively, I ask my dad to turn his Bluetooth on in his car so I could share what cause my test of joy with everyone in the car…

Well… my girls ALL reacted as expected, “holy smokes! She’s amazing… can I hear it again!!”

My mom…..”she gave me goosebumps.” ( me as well… it’s a “perfect pitch” thing. It can be 105° on Independence Day, and without fail, I hear Martina McBride singing ‘independence Day,’ or Whitney Houston sing the national anthem… I will have goosebumps for days! Good way to “cool off,” in 105° heat😅)

And I saved the best for last… my dad, the softie… I get my humble heart from him😊…

As he sits silently in the front, and I in the perfect vantage point to view his rear view mirror, in the back, I observe not one, but TWO hands wiping away a stream of tears rolling down his cheeks… he says “well damn, that was just beautiful… absolutely beautiful! You don’t get to hear something like that everyday.”

I had originally shared the short version of this on Mother’s Day, when your wife shared her vocal talents, but I couldn’t refrain from sharing the full story this time… and I can’t wait to share this song with them all again soon! ❤️

As far as the elephant in the room…

I reached out to you, immediately upon being “banned” from GAC’s “brain trust.” I had seen you often in comments and conversed with you and all of a sudden.. 💨 you were gone… AS WAS I… same with a swell of valuable members, with the most intellect I’ve ever seen in a group effort in my life… I felt honored and privileged to have been part of something, for the reason we WERE part of that something, not necessarily the PERSON who made us into that something…

I watched silently, the fiery toxicity rise and grow out do control from GAC… to the point I was in pins and needles COMMENTING. What’s more disturbing about the above mentioned… I made known WHEN COMMENTING “please don’t block me,” or “I’m sure I will get booted for this,” as if I were constantly tiptoeing carefully as to not upset HIM.. when really… what kind of warped and twisted “group,” was I trying to continue to be a part of? Truth be told I didn’t ever feel “up to speed,” with the intelligence of the rest of the members, but I did my best to focus on their critical thinking skills as, like I mentioned, their thought provoking conversations (Josh, that is you included, kind sir!) seemingly helped me WANT to keep expanding my mind… not just for this case, or this cause, but my own personal endeavors. I am currently in the middle of a contentious custody battle, my children verbally and mentally abused by their step mother, my middle daughter so tortured she almost took her life. She’s 12. The type of researching skills and amount of detail the “brain trust” always brought to the table, showed me WHY I could not give up…

I can not afford a lawyer… no surprise. I had to learn family law in 3 months time. I did it. I learned the rules of evidence, how to write motions, subpoenas, file paperwork, discovery, etc etc etc.. I’ve not ever worked on something so hard in my life. We are in the final stretch. First court date was in April… next is July 17… we are ready. I will also mention the girls dad HAS representation… did also back in April and I STILL did what needed done for my kids! Now how that relates to Bryan and his case, GAC, the group… etc… it got me through my days studying because the heart put in by all members who contributed seemed genuine… AND THEN I WAS BANNED, WITHOUT REASON!

I’ve let it go now, moved on of course, not worth the stress or effort in dwelling, but the hurt of feeling betrayed.. nothing compares to what I just read about YOU and your wife being accused of. That hurt my heart… sank it all the way down to my foot! 😞… what kind of vile human being accuses someone of something so cruel… it just makes me so sad… I think it’s safe to say, well I will speak for myself and only myself, I feel a huge weight lifted since no longer being part of that group UNDER his watchful eye… but I do love being in a kind and caring group, where I recognize many names that trickled over from once being “over there,” now here… it’s quite refreshing. 😊… thank you.

Your message really hit home—thanks for sharing such a heartfelt story. It's amazing how music can bring us all together, and that car moment with your family sounds truly special. Your description had me grinning and tearing up simultaneously. I remember the first time I heard my wife sing—it was 19 years ago when our son was born. He was a colicky baby, so she'd serenade him and magically calm him down. She did the same when our daughter came along. Now they're both in college, living their best lives, which is simultaneously thrilling and terrifying because, you know, the college life!

My daughter probably thinks I'm nuts, but hey, dad's gotta protect his little girl. And my son? He's got a black belt, so he's practically a superhero in his own right.

I totally relate to the "jammin like salmon" vibe—music just grabs you, no escape! Don't worry, your secret's safe with me. I belt out songs like a cat in a thunderstorm, but hey, it's all heart!

I'm sorry to hear about the challenges with that other group—it's tough when you're unfairly sidelined. Walking on egg-shells just to voice an opinion.. That's rough. But turning that energy into fighting for your kids? That's beyond impressive. Learning family law in three months? You're a superhero in my book.

As for the recent baseless accusations, it’s just a lot of noise without substance. The complexities of legal cases—there’s always more to it than meets the eye, and I’m confident the truth will prevail. It’s frustrating when things get overwhelming, but my focus is on laying out the facts with integrity. And sometimes it’s like trying to keep up with a whirlwind of wild ideas!

I really appreciate the support from people like you. It's not about who's right or wrong—it's about honesty and integrity. Let's keep striving for a community where kindness and empathy rule. Thanks again for your kind words and for being part of this supportive group. Keep your head up through your court battles—I'm in your corner, cheering you on. You've got this!

GAC is and always will be a narcissistic rude jerk who likes to hear himself talk. He has started a new YouTube and he is also in the Idaho massacre murders (gone) here on substack stalking everyone's comments he sure has some people fooled. His brain trust in the end even felt his wrath and treated like crap. Clopenny that is he did her dirty when she would not comply with his demands. She is a very intelligent person who truly wants truth and justice for all just like all of us who were so rudely blocked or outed because our thoughts were not what he wanted them to be. He is a rude bully who makes false accusations and comments that are unnecessary. Karma will catch up with him and God willing we will be allowed to watch. We are all 110% better off without him in our daily lives best of everything to you all.

Wow, sounds like GAC is giving drama a run for its money! While it’s clear emotions are running high, let's try to keep things civil here. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but let's focus on constructive discussions that help us all find the truth and justice we’re seeking. Karma has a way of sorting things out, and in the meantime, let's channel our energy into productive conversations. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and here's to keeping our Substack a respectful and insightful space! 🥂
